1. Nature of the service
Cineflix Player Pro is strictly a digital media and video player. We do not sell, host, distribute or provide any kind of TV signal, channel lists, movies, series or copyrighted media.
2. Responsibility for the content
The user is entirely responsible for the content they play in the app. Adding playlists (M3U, Xtream Codes, etc.) or any other media file is the sole responsibility of whoever does it. We are not responsible for misuse of the tool or for the display of unauthorized media.
3. Software license
When you purchase an activation license for the player, you obtain a temporary, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the software. The activation is tied to the user's device ID and does not guarantee access to third-party channels or content.
4. Limitation of liability
As a neutral player, Cineflix Player Pro offers no guarantee that third-party content servers will work. Signal drops, channel freezes or instability on external servers are not under the control of our software and do not give the right to a refund for failures in services contracted outside our purview.
5. Changes to the terms
We may change or update these terms at any time. We recommend visiting this page periodically.
